the P O S T - E X A M S DAYS....
4 May, afternoon.
right after my last paper, khian phasaa thai, ryn grace jo and i (we all took Thai 1) went for a mini-celebration at Brewerkz! A place that offers its very own handcrafted beer and great American-style food! it's on the Singapore River at Riveside Point! the interior was cOol, like an airconditioned warehouse. we're all not really beer drinkers... in fact, this was my first time! not counting those times where my dad forced me to take one sip kind. so at Brewerkz, we tasted NINE different beer:

(Model holding the card: Caryn Koh)
can't really tell the difference between most of 'em,
but i like the first and the last!

Our "YaAy! The Exams are OVER!!!" toast..
we each took one glass, IN ORDER.
tried it. den passed to person on left.
until all have tried, den we took another set of 4.
this way we got to try all the flavors,
but more importantly, not to get them miXed-Up..!
had to ensured that the glasses are placed back in the correct order,
so we'd know what we're drinking.. hahas.
mood: relaxed, and celebrative.
beer-tasting experience: sth new.. fun!!!
food: glorious!!! irresistible!!! *wished i cud post the pics here,
but they'll tk up too much space.
waitress: friendly. she asked, while clearing our table,
AFTER we've finished the beer,
"Err.. just to check.. u're all above 18 rite??" =X
Bill: $72.++
3, 5, 6 May -- Work @ Semicon 2005:

visited the next-door exhibition -- iSpa (dunno why this name, like some APPLE thgy.. iPod, iBook..). walked around and saw alot of diff kinds of massaging machines. the shower kind. the bath tub kind. the oily ones. the use special light ones. ALL kinds.. and all four of us ended getting ourselves a FREE MAKEOVER... from Cosmoprof students.
5 May, evening.
back to hall. last dinner in hall. with joanne. western! den the shifting-out process began... thot i would just bring back SOME stuff tonite. but daddy couldnt come the next day. so i ended up bringing home almost EVERYTHING. since i wasnt prepared for that, i had to just dump everyth into whatever bags i cud find. my dad made SIX trips, from car to room to car. each trip hands full and completely loaded. i only made the last -- carrying my bag, my powerbook, and all the clothes on hangers. so the car was FILLED from boot to half the back, like this:

after unloading the car.. and with some special* help too... and dumping everyth around the piano, my house looked like this:
